Precision Dosing and Forming
The EXT-400 is the key equipment for optimizing the incorporation of fat into continuous production lines. Designed to receive margarine blocks and transform them into a perfectly calibrated and homogeneous sheet, this machine automates fat layering with maximum efficiency and total regularity.
High-Engineering Extrusion System
The heart of the equipment is developed to process fat with smoothness and constant power:
- Double Stainless-Steel Auger: The extrusion system uses 2 cylindrical augers mounted on solid 60 mm shafts, with 5 mm thick flights and a length of 850 mm, fully built in AISI-304 stainless steel with a matte finish.
- Calibration and Temperature: Features a 400 mm wide outlet nozzle and a 25 mm sheet thickness, made of 6 mm AISI-304 stainless steel, equipped with a lower heating plate that ensures the product’s fluidity and perfect texture.
- Large-Capacity Hopper: Conical loading hopper with capacity for 100 kg of raw material.
Automation and Integrated Cutter
- Precise Sheet Cutting: Includes a wire cutting system operated by a high-quality pneumatic piston, with adjustable cutting length and an acrylic protective cover for maximum safety.
- Outlet Conveyor Belt: Incorporates an outlet conveyor belt to transfer the cut sheet directly to the next step of the line.
- Advanced Electronic Control: Operated through components from the leading brand Schneider Electric, including PLC, frequency drives and auxiliary elements that allow exact speed regulation.
Robustness and Reliable Transmission
- High-Resistance Head: Designed to transmit power in a solid and efficient way through tempered and ground bevel gears in the flank area.
- Industrial Structure: Built on a compact angle-profile frame, 3×1/4”, in SAE 1045 steel, coated with epoxy paint baked at 200°C.
- STM Power: Equipped with an STM size 110 gearmotor with a 5.5 HP motor. Required voltage: 380V – 3 phases + neutral + ground.
